How do I place a return or exchange?
We're sorry you didn't love your order. Please reach out to beltifi@lovingallmybody.com with your order number, the products you'd like to exchange or return, and the reason for your exchange or return. We'll take care of the rest.
I can’t find my return slip.
Loving All My Body ™ packages don’t include return slips. Just reach out to beltifi@lovingallmybody.com and we’ll help you place your return or exchange.
What’s your return policy?
All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order.
To place a return, or if you are having trouble making a return within the 30 day timeframe, please reach out to beltifi@lovingallmybody.com.
Your order # must be provided to place a return, and you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded.
You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded, unless you received damaged merchandise.
If your product is broken or damaged, please contact us at beltifi@lovingallymybody.com. within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise for a full exchange or refund.
Empty merchandise cannot be refunded.
How long does it take to process a return?
Your refund will be processed once we confirm receipt of the returned merchandise.
Thereafter, you can expect a refund within 12-14 business days on your original form of payment.
