SHIPPING FAQs

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU PROVIDE?

As of today, we offer three shipping methods:

  1. Ground (3-5 business days)
  2. 2nd Day Air (2 business days)
  3. Priority Overnight (1 business day)

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders submitted before 2 PM Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday are processed the same day and shipped the next day.

Orders submitted after 2 PM Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday are processed the next day and shipped the day after.

Orders submitted after 2 PM on Thursday are processed Friday and shipped on Monday as our shipping department is closed over the weekend.

Orders submitted between 2 PM Friday and 2 PM Monday are processed Monday and shipped Tuesday as our shipping department is closed over the weekend.

All shipping times are currently MST- MOUNTAIN STANDARD TIME.


Please note that our shipping department closes on major holidays.


SHIPPING DELAYS

Orders placed using standard shipping may take longer than usual to arrive and/or for tracking information to appear due to the COVID-19 pandemic. With this in mind, tracking updates may take up to 5-7 business days from the time of order to appear within the tracking portal. For the most up-to-date information, please reach out to your local USPS or FedEx office for details on any delays specific to your local delivery area, as these vary from location to location. HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
